Viper respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below.

1. How to report an infringement

Send an email to dmca@vipersquad.app with the following information (in English or Spanish):

1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an agent authorized to act on your behalf).
2. Clear identification of the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed.
3. Clear identification of the material you ask to be removed, with enough information for us to locate it (URL, screenshot, etc.).
4. Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that: (a) you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized, and (b) the information you provide is accurate and you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice to the same address, including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
4. Your name, address, and phone number.
5. Acceptance of jurisdiction (if you're in Argentina, the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires; if you're in another jurisdiction, the corresponding courts).

3. Repeat infringer policy

Accounts with multiple confirmed legitimate violations may be suspended or permanently deleted.
