Terms of Service

Welcome to Viper. By using the app you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it — but if you do, we take that as your acceptance.

1. Who provides the service

Viper is operated by its creators ("we", "us"). The primary domain is vipersquad.app. The mobile app is distributed through the App Store and Google Play; the desktop apps (Windows/macOS) are distributed via signed downloads.

2. Account and eligibility

To use Viper you need an account. You create one with email + password, or via OAuth with Discord/Google. You must be 13 years or older (or the minimum legal age in your country, whichever is higher).

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, write to us at hola@vipersquad.app.

3. Acceptable conduct

The following is prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats directed at other people.
• Sharing non-consensual sexual content, child sexual content, or explicit gore.
• Promoting real physical harm (suicide, self-harm, terrorism).
• Mass spam, scraping the product, or unauthorized commercial use.
• Evading or attempting to break rate limits, anti-abuse systems, or authentication.

Viper has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. When we receive a report, we review it and act within 24 hours: we remove the content and suspend or eject the responsible user. Repeated violations result in permanent account termination.

Invite program abuse: botting, automating, faking, or otherwise manipulating the invite and referral system —including creating fake or multiple accounts to redeem codes and farm rewards— is strictly prohibited. Detecting this abuse results in the automatic and permanent ban of the account involved and all associated accounts, as well as the forfeiture of any rewards obtained fraudulently.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you send (messages, voice, clips, avatar, profile). You grant us a limited license to store it and display it to the recipients you chose, for the duration of the corresponding room or channel.

Ephemeral chats are archived when they close (after 1 hour of inactivity) and automatically deleted from cache (Redis). Archived messages remain accessible only to the original participants and are deleted if you delete your account.

5. Changes to the service

We may modify features, prices, or these terms. If the change is material, we'll give you 30 days' notice via email or in-app. Continuing to use Viper after notice equals acceptance of the change.

6. Suspension and termination

You can close your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete. See the account deletion policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or if necessary to protect other people or the service. We will notify you when possible and reasonable.

7. Warranties and liability

Viper is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for the service is limited to the amount you paid for Viper in the last 12 months (which in most cases will be zero).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is resolved in the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
